After many years of owning property in the country, we decided to take the next step and build our dream retirement home. We interviewed many builders but when we met with PIB specifically the Texas Casual Cottages division, we knew they were the perfect fit for us. They are very familiar with the ins and outs of building a home on property that requires new utilities and has terrain challenges. PIB has an excellent design staff that listened to our ideas and has a large selection of finishes to make the whole process go smoothly. After living in the home for the last nine months, we are especially impressed with the energy efficiency of our home and the construction warranty that is included. We really enjoy living in the country, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life but close enough to the big city for quick trips. We would highly recommend PIB for building their dream home!
